When my son turned six months old, I decided it was time to take a step—both physically and emotionally. Going back to the gym for the first time was daunting. I was insecure, unsure if I could ever regain the strength I once had. But I knew I had to try, not just for myself but for my son.
With the help of a personal trainer and a lot of self-compassion, I started to rebuild my strength. Slowly, I began to feel more like myself.
